Terms of Service

visually.space is a browser-based presentation and creative tool operated by Your Mother Solutions as a private, non-commercial project. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Visually is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You agree not to use Visually to:

• Upload, create, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other individuals or organisations

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access without prior notice if these terms are violated.

You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By using Visually, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate third-party intellectual property rights or any applicable law.

Most of your content is stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB) and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable Google Drive sync.

If you choose to connect your Google account and enable Drive sync, Visually will create and manage a dedicated folder in your Google Drive. You can disconnect this at any time via Settings. We only access files within the Visually folder — no other Drive content is touched.

AI features (AI Cockpit, image generation, presenter notes) require you to provide your own API keys from third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). By using these features, you agree to transmit prompt data directly to your chosen provider and to comply with that provider's own terms of service and usage policies.

Visually makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or legality of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

Visually is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service. Features may change or be removed at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Mother Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, service interruption, or any damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Visually.

Since most data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.
